Note on alternative dispute resolution according to the ODR Regulation and § 36 VSBG Since February 15, 2016, the EU Commission has provided a platform for online dispute resolution. Consumers now have the opportunity to resolve disputes related to their online orders without resorting to the courts. The consumer’s ability to pursue legal action remains unaffected.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
