Information on alternative dispute resolution in accordance with the ODR Regulation and Section 36 VSBG Since 15 February 2016, the EU Commission has offered a platform for online dispute resolution. Consumers now have the opportunity to resolve disputes in connection with their online order initially without the involvement of a court. This does not affect the consumer's right to take legal action.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
